1 lb. pork neck bones
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup chicken broth


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the neck bones to the skillet and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.

3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.

5. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.

7. Remove the lid and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
