Ingredients Needed

– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon pepper
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix together until all ingredients are well incorporated.

2. Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes, turning every few minutes to cook evenly on all sides.

5. When meatballs are cooked through, remove from heat and serve.
