– 1 lb. ground beef
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
4. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until all sides are browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
7. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
