Ingredients:

2 lbs mahi mahi fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.

3. Place mahi mahi fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and basil. Mix until combined.

5. Brush the top of the mahi mahi fillets with the olive oil mixture.

6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

8. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
