Ingredients

– 2 lbs of ground pork

– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of paprika
– 2 teaspoons of salt
– 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.

2. Mix all the ingredients together until they are thoroughly combined.

3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage patty.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sausage patties.

5. Cook the patties for about 8 minutes, flipping them once, until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
