Ingredients

– 4 lobster tails
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 lemon

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.

2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears.

3. Add the lobster tails to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque.

4. Remove the lobster tails from the pot and let cool for a few minutes.

5. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

6. Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

7. Add the lobster tails to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the shells are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
