Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the middle of the shell of each lobster tail.
  2. Gently open each lobster tail to expose the lobster meat.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  5. Add lobster tails and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the lobster meat is tender and cooked through.
