– 4 Lobster tails (frozen)
– 4 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place the frozen lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

3. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of the lobster shells lengthwise. Do not cut through the tail.

4. Place a teaspoon of butter, a pinch of garlic, salt and pepper inside each lobster tail.

5. Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

7. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
