All you need to know about: How To Cook Lobster Tails From Frozen.

-2 lobster tails
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/4 cup white wine

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Place the tails on a baking sheet.

6. To prepare the butter mixture, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and white wine. Stir until combined.

7. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster tails.

8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the lobster tails are cooked through and the shells are bright red.

9. Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
