-2 lobster tails
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/4 cup white wine

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Thaw the lobster tails according to package instructions. This usually involves running the frozen tails under cold water for about 10 minutes.

3. Put the tails on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, cut down the center of the top shell.

4. Carefully lift the top half of the shell away and remove the vein (the dark line running down the middle of the tail).

5. Place the tails on a baking sheet.

6. To prepare the butter mixture, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and white wine. Stir until combined.

7. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster tails.

8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the lobster tails are cooked through and the shells are bright red.
