– Lobster tail
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– Salt and pepper
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley


1. Start by prepping the lobster tail. Cut through the top of the shell with kitchen shears and remove the meat from the shell.

2. Cut the tail into slices and season with salt and pepper.

3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

4. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.

5. Add the lobster tail slices and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until the lobster is cooked through.

6. Add the lemon juice and parsley and stir to combine.

7. Cook for another minute and then serve.
