Ingredients

– 2 live lobsters, 1 to 1 1/2 pounds each
– 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme leaves
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1/4 cup of white wine
– 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place the lobsters on a cutting board and use a very sharp knife to cut down the middle of each lobster from head to tail.

3. Once split, remove the meat from the shells and set aside.

4. Place the lobster shells in a baking dish or pan and brush them generously with melted butter.

5. Sprinkle the minced garlic, parsley, and thyme leaves over the shells.

6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Pour the white wine and lemon juice over the shells.

8. Place the lobster meat on top of the shells and brush with the rest of the melted butter.

9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the lobster shells turn bright red and the meat is cooked through.

10. Serve warm and enjoy!
