Ingredients

– Lobster claws
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the lobster claws on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

3. Drizzle the olive oil over the claws and sprinkle the minced garlic over them.

4. Place the butter in a small bowl and microwave it for about 15 seconds until it is melted.

5. Drizzle the butter over the lobster claws and sprinkle the lemon juice over them.

6. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the claws and season with salt and pepper.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the claws are cooked through and the shell is a nice golden brown.

8. Serve the lobster claws hot with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
