Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– 1/2 cup of white wine
– 1/2 pound of lion’s mane mushrooms, cut into 1/2 inch slices
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

2. Add the white wine and the mushrooms. Cook for about 8 minutes, stirring often.

3. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook for an additional minute.

4. Serve the lion’s mane mushrooms over your favorite grains or vegetables. Enjoy!
