Gather the Ingredients

-1 pound of lion’s mane mushrooms
-3 tablespoons of butter
-3 cloves of garlic, minced
-3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
-1 teaspoon of sea salt
-1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 cup of dry white wine

Prepare the Mushrooms

1. Start by cleaning the mushrooms. Gently brush away any dirt or debris with a soft brush or damp cloth. Trim away any tough or discolored parts.

2. Slice the mushrooms into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Cook the Mushrooms

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant.

3. Add the mushrooms and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender.

4. Add the white wine and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until the wine has reduced slightly.

5. Stir in the parsley and cook for 1 minute more.
