1 lb. Keilbasa sausage

Instructions

1. Place the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Cook the sausage for about 10 minutes, turning it occasionally.

3. Add a small amount of water to the pan, just enough to cover the bottom.

4. Cover the skillet with a lid and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through.

5. Remove the lid and turn the heat up to medium-high.

6. Cook the sausage for another 5 minutes, or until the water has evaporated and the sausage is lightly browned.

7. Serve the cooked keilbasa with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
