– 1 bunch of kale
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper


1. Start by washing and drying the kale. Remove the stems from the leaves and discard them. Roughly chop the kale leaves and set aside.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped kale to the pan and stir to combine.

4. Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper over the kale and stir to combine.

5. Cook the kale, stirring occasionally, until it is wilted and lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.

6. Once the kale is cooked, remove it from the heat and serve. Enjoy!
