Ingredients
1-2 pounds of meat (chicken, beef, or pork)
1 red onion
1 bell pepper
1 zucchini
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cut the meat, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini into cubes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
4. Add the meat, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the bowl and mix until the vegetables and meat are evenly coated.
5. Thread the cubes of meat, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini onto metal skewers.
6. Place the kabobs onto the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally, until the vegetables and meat are cooked through.
