1 package of Johnsonville Brats
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup beer


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the Johnsonville Brats to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, turning the brats to cook on both sides.
3. Add the thyme, paprika, oregano, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Pour in the beer and stir again.
4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve the brats with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
