– 4-6 Italian sausages
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
– 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Add the sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown, about 8 minutes.
