Ingredients
1 honey nut squash
1 tablespoon of olive oil
ΒΌ cup of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut the honey nut squash in half lengthwise.
3. Scoop out the seeds and discard.
4. Rub the inside of each squash half with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the squash halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
6. Cut the butter into small pieces and place on top of the squash halves.
7. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
8. Serve warm.
