Ingredients
– 2 haddock fillets
– 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 tablespoons of white wine
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the haddock fillets onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the haddock fillets.
4. Place the butter and white wine into a small bowl. Mix together until combined.
5. Pour the butter and wine mixture over the haddock fillets.
6. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the haddock fillets.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
