– 2 goose breasts
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Herbs and spices of your choice


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the goose breasts to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.

4. Remove the goose breasts from the skillet and place on a plate.
