– 2 cups of glass noodles
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 1 clove of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
– 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds


1. Soak the glass noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.
2. Drain the noodles and set aside.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
4. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add the noodles and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
6. Add the soy sauce and green onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
