Ingredients
1 fillet of trout (1/2 to 3/4 pound)
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the trout fillet on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the fillet.
4. Place the butter on top of the fillet.
5. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the top of the butter.
6. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over the fillet.
7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the trout is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
8. Remove from the oven, and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
