-8 chicken drumsticks
-Ground black pepper
-Garlic powder
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
-2 tablespoons of butter


1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (218 C).

2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel, then season with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil.

4. Place the drumsticks in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.

5. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165 F (74 C).

7. While the drumsticks are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

8. Add the flour and stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and begins to bubble.

9. Remove the drumsticks from the oven and brush with the butter-flour mixture.

10. Return the drumsticks to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

11. Remove the drumsticks from the oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
