How To Cook Delicata Squash

– One delicata squash
– 1 teaspoon of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Cut the squash in half lengthwise, and then cut each half in half again lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds and discard them.

3. Place the squash halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
