Ingredients

– 12 ounces of deer sausage
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat up the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add in the deer sausage and cook it until it’s lightly browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

3. Once the sausage is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.

5. Add in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

6. Add the cooked deer sausage back to the pan, along with the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.

7. Stir everything together and cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through.

8. Serve the deer sausage with mashed potatoes, green beans, or your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
