Preparing the Corn

Start by soaking the corn in cold water for at least 30 minutes. This will help the husks not to burn when grilling. Peel the husks back and remove all the silk. Once the husks are peeled back, you can season the corn with a little butter, salt, and pepper. Wrap the husks back around the corn and tie with kitchen twine.

Grilling the Corn

Once the corn is prepped, you can now start to grill. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn on the grill and close the lid. Grill the corn for about 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so. You should check the corn every once in a while to make sure it is not burning.

Finishing the Corn

Once the corn is finished grilling, remove it from the heat. Let it cool for a few minutes before carefully unwrapping the husks. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
