Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 pounds of conch, cleaned and diced
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– 2 cups of chicken broth
– 1/2 cup of white wine
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened and translucent.

3. Add the conch and parsley and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the flour over the conch and stir to combine.

5. Pour in the chicken broth and white wine and stir to combine.

6. Increase the heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil.

7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

8. Add salt and pepper to taste.

9. Serve the conch over cooked rice or pasta. Enjoy!
