Ingredients:
-1 bunch of collard greens
-3 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/4 cup of vegetable broth
Instructions:
1. Wash the collard greens thoroughly and discard any tough stems.
2. Chop the collard greens into small pieces and set aside.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add the collard greens to the skillet and season with sea salt and black pepper. Sauté the collard greens for 5 minutes or until they start to soften.
5. Add the vegetable broth to the skillet and cover. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the collard greens are tender.
