Ingredients

– 2 lb cod fillet
– 4 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Rinse the cod fillet under cold running water and pat dry with a paper towel.

3. In a small bowl, combine the butter, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

4. Place the cod fillet onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the fish.
