1 lb chorizo


1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Place the chorizo on a baking sheet in a single layer.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, flipping the chorizo halfway through baking.

4. After 15 minutes, remove the chorizo from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

5. Cut the chorizo into small slices and serve with your favorite side dishes.
