Boiling Cauliflower

To boil cauliflower, first fill a pot with enough water to cover the cauliflower. Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the cauliflower florets and boil for 4-5 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender. Drain the cauliflower and serve.

Roasting Cauliflower

To roast cauliflower, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Drizzle with olive oil and mix together to coat the florets. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the florets are tender and golden-brown. Serve.
