Ingredients

– 4-6 lb. (1.8-2.7 kg) fully cooked, bone-in smoked ham
– 3/4 cup (175 mL) honey
– 1/4 cup (60 mL) brown sugar
– 1/4 cup (60 mL) Dijon mustard
– 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 mL) ground cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 mL) ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. Place the ham in a roasting pan. Score the top of the ham in a diamond pattern, being careful not to cut too deeply into the meat.

3. In a small bowl, mix the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cloves, and cinnamon together until well combined.

4. Spread the honey mixture over the top of the ham, making sure to cover the entire surface.

5. Bake the ham for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

6. Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
