How To Cook Turkey Burgers

Cooking a juicy, flavorful turkey burger is easy. All you need is ground turkey, your favorite seasonings, and a few simple steps.


• 1 lb. ground turkey
• 2 tablespoons of your favorite seasonings (such as garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, or Italian seasoning)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 hamburger buns
• Your favorite burger toppings (such as lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)


1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey and seasonings. Use your hands to mix everything together until evenly combined.

3. Form the mixture into four equal patties.

4. Brush the patties with olive oil.

5. Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

6. Place the cooked patties on a plate and cover with a piece of aluminum foil to keep them warm.
