Ingredients

-1 lb. ground beef
-1/2 cup finely chopped onion
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-4 hamburger buns
-Optional Toppings: Ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

3. Form the hamburger mixture into 4 patties, about 4 inches in diameter.

4. Place the patties onto a baking sheet.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
