Ingredients Needed

– 4 lbs. beef short ribs
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons onion, minced
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 2 teaspoons black pepper
– 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
– 2 teaspoons chili powder
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin


1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin. Set aside.

3. Coat beef short ribs with cooking oil.

4. Place ribs on the grill, and cook for 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

5. Brush ribs with the sauce mixture during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

6. Remove ribs from the grill, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
