Ingredients:

-2 to 3 lb. beef eye round roast
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon seasoned salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place the beef eye round roast in a large roasting pan. Rub the entire roast with the vegetable oil.

3. Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub. Sprinkle the dry rub all over the roast.

4. Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the roast. Use the back of a spoon or your hands to spread the sauce all over the roast.

5. Put the roast in the preheated oven and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 140°F for medium-rare, 150°F for medium, or 160°F for well-done.

6. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
