Ingredients:
– 1/2 pound oyster mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Clean the oyster mushrooms with a damp cloth or paper towel. Trim the stems, if desired.
3. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
5. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
