Ingredients
1 lb of salmon, skinless and boneless
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato and other desired toppings
Instructions
1. Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, onion powder, breadcrumbs, parsley, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix together with your hands until it forms a thick paste.
3. Using your hands, form the salmon mixture into four equal-sized patties.
4. Place the burgers on the preheated grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
5. Place the burgers on the hamburger buns and top with lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
