Ingredients
1 beef eye of round roast (3 to 4 pounds)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place roast on a plate, and rub with olive oil.
3. In a small bowl, combine steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the roast, on all sides.
4. Place the roast on a roasting pan.
5. Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes (for a 3-pound roast).
6. Remove from oven, and let rest for 10 minutes.
7. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
