• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 turkey breast cutlets
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup chicken broth


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the turkey cutlets and cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
3. Remove the cutlets from the skillet and set aside.
4. To the same skillet, add the garlic, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add the white wine and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Return the cutlets to the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
7. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has reduced by half and the cutlets are cooked through.
8. Serve the turkey cutlets with the sauce. Enjoy!
