Ingredients:

1 turkey leg

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Optional: Other herbs, spices, and seasonings of your choice

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).

2. Rinse your turkey leg and pat it dry.

3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the entire leg, as well as any additional herbs, spices, and seasonings of your choice.

4. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. When the skillet is hot, add the turkey leg and cook it for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden brown.

6. Transfer the turkey leg to a baking dish.

7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

8. Let the turkey leg rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
