1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). If your turkey breast is frozen, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

2. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, breast-side up. If desired, you can season the turkey with salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices.

3. Cover the turkey breast with aluminum foil.

4. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. During the last 15 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to allow the skin to brown.

5. Insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the turkey breast. The internal temperature should be at least 165°F (74°C) when it is done.

6. Once the turkey is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.


– Use a roasting rack in the pan to keep the turkey elevated.

– Baste the turkey with melted butter, broth, or other liquids during roasting, if desired.

– If the turkey breast is particularly large, it may need to cook for an extra 15-20 minutes.
