– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder

– 2 teaspoons ground cumin
– 2 teaspoons chili powder
– 2 teaspoons dried oregano
– 2 teaspoons kosher salt
– 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
– 2 pounds skirt steak


1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper.

2. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the skirt steak.

3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
