– 2-3 Lbs of Flank Steak
– 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
– 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
– 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
– 2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
– 2 Tsp Dried Thyme
– 2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
– 1 Tsp Salt
– 1 Tsp Black Pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the flank steak in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over the steak.

4. Use your hands to rub the marinade into the steak, making sure it is evenly coated.

5. Place the steak in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

6. Remove the steak from the oven and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

7. Slice the steak against the grain and serve.
