– 1 dry aged steak
– 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Rub the steak with olive oil and season it with salt and pepper. Optional seasonings like garlic, herbs, or spices can also be added for extra flavor.

3. Place the steak on a roasting rack over a baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
