How To Cook A Steak In Cast Iron

Ingredients

– 1 (1″ thick) steak (ribeye or strip)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. While the oven is preheating, heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.

3. When the skillet is hot, add the oil to the pan and heat until it is shimmering.
