How To Cook A Boneless Ribeye Steak

Cooking a delicious steak doesn’t have to be complicated. With just a few simple steps, you can make a perfect, juicy boneless ribeye steak.

Ingredients

– Boneless ribeye steak
– Salt
– Pepper
– Olive oil
– Butter

Instructions

1. Start by taking the steak out of the refrigerator and letting it sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

4. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and let it heat up for a minute or two.

5. Place the steak in the skillet and let it cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until it’s nicely browned.

6. Add a tablespoon of butter to the pan, then transfer the steak to a baking pan.

7. Place the steak in the oven and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 130-135 degrees Fahrenheit.

8. Remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
