– 1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined)
– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– Salt and pepper
– Parsley (optional, for garnish)


1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the butter and olive oil to the skillet.

3. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and shrimp.

4. Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.

5. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
